If you plan on breastfeeding you are recommended to only take single-hormone contraceptives. They prefer to use mirenas and IUDs on breastfeeding women.
Personally I am not using contraception, but that is a personal choice between my fiance and I as we are TTC.

Im gonna see how I feel when I get to that point. I want to breastfeed and I can only go on single hormone contraceptives anyway as I have a family history of blood clots from them. That's the reason why I was on the mini pill not the main one and obviously that didn't work for me as here I am.... so will have to speak to my midwife about my options later on.

Condoms, any type of hormonal bc screws up my body and I just end up bleeding until I stop taking it... Plus I'll be breastfeeding

I'll be getting the Mirena after I have my little girl, as long as it doesn't bother my OH or me we'll keep that and use condoms as well until we're ready to have our next baby.

I am still pregnant, but I didn't use contraception before I got pregnant, only condoms. And that is what I will be using afterwards as well. I have a family history of infertility due to birth control pills, so that's definitely not an option for me.
