I'm Currently Feeling: | Could I be pregnant? AF is 1 week late. Okay so I posted here about a month ago, wondering if I could be pregnant because I had been experiencing symptoms like nausea, fatigue, sore breasts, headaches etc etc. But I had my period 20/8, 2 days later than expected and lighter than usual. Took 2 pregnancy tests since last period, I'd say around 28/8 and 1/9, both negative. Although one had a reeeeeeeally faint line for a while, but disappeared when I checked back a while later, think I mucked that test up though. Now been waiting on Sep's period for a week, was due 18/9, so been 7 days. Increased discharge, really tender boobs, been pretty moody and feel really bloated and as if I've gained weight, headaches are worsening and I'm tired, been getting stomach pains that don't feel like normal period cramps. If I was pregnant, then I'd be like a month gone already, since I ovulate around the 16th and I had unprotected sex on the 6/8 and the 17/8, so could have been from either of those incidents. As I'm typing, I'm freezing cold (dunno if that has anything to do with it), I feel dizzy, tired and light-headed, and a tad nauseous. Do I wait it out a few more days and see if AF arrives or do I test? What do yuo guys thinks? Am I still imagining all this..? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | The first time you tested was way too early,so you should test first thing in the morning,if it turns out negative go see a doctor. Those are pretty intensive symptoms hun...
Good luck! |

| i would defiantly test now enough time has gone by that you will probably get a result if you test. if its negative i would day go to the doctors because something is up but you should get a package with at least two test. take the firwst in the morning if its negative wait a day or two and take the other always good to have more then one test. Good luck!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Only thing you can do it test and test again in a few days. Everytime you have unprotected sex theres a chance you could get pregnant,so if your not planning a baby then use contreception |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I bought a pack of 2 hpts today, just no-name brands, cheapy ones so I dunno if that's gonna make a difference. Stupidly tested at around 3pm, when I've been drinking water all day so hcg levels aren't as concentrated, I know you're supposed to test in the mornings. It was bfn, plus I only peed for around 3 seconds max, and insturctions say at least 10 seconds. So probably wasted a test, but I got one more so will i wait a few days and then take that one first thing in the morning?
Also dunno if this has aaany significance whatsoever, but I've been instinctively clutching my stomach the past few days without realising it. I'll be walking along and suddenly find my arm across my stomach with my hand resting on it! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Its best to do hpt with your first urine of the day(so yeah wen you wake up)as it is when they will be highest. All tests are different but if yours stated to hold in urine stream for 10 seconds then the 3 seconds you managed, probably wouldnt of worked. If I were you id buy a named brand, I got First Response which was great, some times the cheapies arent all that and pretty useless.
Are you hoping that you are pregnant? Cos the clutching of your stomach is probably you just hoping you are or imagining you are so atomaticly do it. Alot of people immagine pregnancy symptoms cos the really want it to be a positive. Strange how minds work lol! |
