Unhappy

eatings such an effort

Hiiiiyahh!

well anyway ever since i have passed the 5wk mark..i've had terrible morning sickness...anyway i never feel particuly hungry anymore and i can't eat really anything and never feel hungry for anything...

But i will eat but only for the sake of my baby ..but that just makes me feel sick and uncomftable after like 4 bites of a sandwich

it's irritating because at night i will feel really hungry whilst in bed but i can't physcically eat anything.

And it upsets me because i just want to be able to eat something without feeling uncomftable and full..then sick and hungry 10 minutes later....i also used to have a big appetite

i just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?
Plus my morning sickness really is irritating as i feel uncomftable all day...sicky on and off...tired and i just want it to stop
but it's strange because i don't throw up properly, just gag but i guess that's cos i haven't eaten anything really...

ANYWAY I NEED HELP!!!!

TIPS PLEASE

i didnt eat much from 4weeks till i hit around 20 weeks then i couldnt stop lol

Maybe try some saltine crackers, I found I could get them down back when I was all sicky. I was only all morning sick (all day though) for a few weeks or so, hopefully it will get better for you soon

Hmm I had this. My MW told me to eat whatever I fancied, whenever I fancied and not to worry about what I was eating even if it was the same things! It's important to keep your strength up. I used to get hungry in the night so I had some biscuits by the side of my bed so I could eat without getting up lol! That helped. Secondly, it will pass! My appetite has gone back to normal this past week (before I was eating less than half of what I normally eat) and food has started to taste nice again! Hope you feel better soon

Hey babess
Awh morning sickness is horrid. I found that I went TOTALLY off foods I used to love, I loved fish but I went right off it, even the smell made me ill. I still can't eat it now. But I began to eat and drink things I hated before such as apple tango. Couldn't stand it before, now I can't get enough! I found oranges a life saver, they really helped IDK why tbh. Anything with orange in it. :S Also dry toast helped tooo
