it was a long journey, stafford to bham, then bham to kings norton, and i have to say im really not that happy with the results i had it done through baby bond. my mom wants to put a complaint in because it says on the site and letter that if the baby itsnt in the right position they send you for a short walk to try and position the baby but she didnt and she had half her head buried in the placenta and the pictures arnt that clear and i paid £175 for it so i feel like iv wasted my money. i was so looking forward to it and im quite upset about it

Awww I am sorry to hear it was so disappointing... I would definitely send oa letter of complaint!!

i dont no weather i should travel down there and talk to them face to face because if i send a letter they could just put it to one side and not think twice about it

I'd hassel them until they offer you another scan or something!! I'd seriously call everyday till I got a result!!

so sorry to hear this chik, i actually had my sexing scan done there and to be honest they were really nice and they took their time and let me have a good look at my lil one which i was surprised at as i thought they would just tell me the sex and then tell me to be off on my way so if i were you just give them a bell and discuss it with them over the phone and ask for another one free of charge after all you paid a lot for a service that your not satisfied with, im sure they will understand if not then take it further

Interesting. Most 3D scan companies will allow you a free visit if the first one didn't turn out well.

Sorry it wasn't what you expected and I hope that they will get you in again for another scan.

I've booked and paid a deposit to go to Baby Bond in October, if that was me i would said i'd like to come back next week as really the scan hasnt been very fruitful!

i rang this morning and the manager was really pleasant to me and she said send all the pics and the dvd to her so she can look at them and she will ring me back and if she thinks that they arnt that good they will scan me again so hopefully i will have another one, she also said that the lady that scanned me was new, she dint have any one who was well expearienced with her or anything, i was rongly advised aswell, so im not happy with the babybond service
