Such a bad night :(

So firstly me and nathan argued...blah!
but then i got a really bad headache, like all over, then my neck was in agony, and then i couldnt see! i could hardly open my eyes and when i did open them everything was just a blur

Ive woke up and its really sore again

to the point where its again hard to keep my eyes open and i feel really dizzy so im going to try and get into work but if not im going to bed

does anyone else get these and do you think i should go to the doctors?

hey hun i get them all the time, they are migraines hun, nothing you can do about them, you proberly wont get them often though hun, its just stress. i got one early pregnancy when my tutor was being really horrible and making me cry, i think they say its the pressure in your head that causes a headache, but there really are nothing to worry about hun xxx

sounds like tension headaches espically as you got them after a argumet! try some heat on the babck of your neck also ask your mum or dad to rub your neck there awful i get them alot! x

i get them about 1 a month they make me thow up aswel just get loads of rest heads sore 4 about 3 days affter them and stay away from brite lites like tvs and pcs lay in a dark room thats what i doo
