young mum antenatal classes?

So I was just wondering where everyone found out about young mum antenatal classes or did their MW refer them?
I'd much rather be in with girls in my situation than older ladies who may judge - not saying they all will but some of them do. Its just some extra pressure added on that I don't want or need.

I was really worried about going to the antenatal classes, they don't have any near me that were specifically for younger mums. In the end I just went to a normal one, with OH, (it was a couples class). I was really nervous, but I needn't have been. I was about 4 weeks further gone than everyone there and by far the youngest, but I didn't feel anyone was judging me. We all chatted and at the end of the day, everyone was there to find out about the birth and labour and everything, so they had their minds elsewhere to think about ages of people. Ask your MW if there are any young mums ones nearby, but if not, pluck up the courage and go along to one that isn't for specific age. Everyone is in a similar boat in pregnancy, everyone is nervous and is there to learn. But I definately definately reccommend going to them, I think I would have paniced alot if I hadn't had gone to mine and knew exactly what was going to happen, felt much more prepared. If you're really nervous and don't have OH, ask a friend or a family member to go with you.

I went to a young mums one on Friday, there was only 2 other pregnant girls there, but because there was so few of us, it meant we could ask questions and get tidy answers from the midwife running it.
It was really nice. If you ask your midwife I'm sure she'll tell you if there's any available near you, and in my opinion, they're worth going to
