Getting your body back after giving birth?

I know that you lose weight pretty quickly, but before i got pregnant i was really slim and toned, but now i'm really quite flabby
Has anyone got any good tips or something to lose babyweight quite fast and get toned again ? x

when i was pregnant i put on 2 and a half stone, i lost that in 6 weeks and another 4 weeks and id lost another stone. purely from breastfeeding and the daily chores of being a mum! i didnt drive then so we walked everywhere. we also didnt mum and baby yoga which was great and swimming classes.
dont worry! some of my friends had very toned tummys before and after babies they just popped back in! xx

To be honest lovely I think you'll be more concerned about your little baby than losinf weight and toning up when they arrive!

We're not celebrities don't worry so much about your looks! You'll just have given birth! It took 9 months to get like that so don't think it won't take 9 months to return to your pre preg self It'll fall off naturally as long as you eat healthily and get out enough x
