I'm also planning on one, I feel more relaxed in the water, and like you said, less people would be crowding and touching you :L

If for some reason I can't have full water birth though I'd still like to start labour in the water

im really hoping for a water birth..have been for a few wks now ever since i watched some viedos and looked into it x

Yep i definatley want a water birth. I dont think the facilities for it are that good in my area though so am gonna ask my mw at next appt, which isnt till im 24 weeks : (

Im not even pregnant yet lol but i really want a home water birth! but if not at home in hospital Probibly change my mind about a home birth nearer to the time! xxx

I'm not preggo but just wanted to drop in and say something...

When I find get pg and go into labor I want a water birth as well.
Like mentioned above, your mind totally changes when you go into labor sometimes so that might not happen.

If anything, I would at least use the birthing pool because it helps contractions.

Good luck to all my fellow teens during pregnancy and delivery!!!
(&& of course motherhood!!)

Ohh, and if anything, I'm sure it justs makes birth in general soooo much more calm and relaxed. As long as there's no bright lights!!!

itd be so nice if they played some calmin music too even tho i probly wouldnt hear it with all my screaminn lol x

aww apparantly they dont do water births at my hospital. will ask on wednesday just in case

aww thats a shame.
would you not want a home birth because then you could hire or buy a pool?

I want to atleast labour in the pool i bought a maternity tankini today, im hoping to go swimming before bubs comes xxx
