NEED some advice (estrodial levels) high

hi there me and jen are quite worried here as she has just had her midwife call just before to say she was clear on spina bifida but she has high levels of something called estrodial....can anyone give me any ifo on this as we are really not sure and she has been booked in for a scan on thursday

hmmm, it seems from that there's nothing wrong with high levels during pregnancy! are you sure she was saying it as if it was a bad thing?

no idea to be honest its jsut the way they were saying she needs to go in for a scan on thurs which has worried us

welll i would say she is... or otherwise my midwife wud have said there nd then on the phone its nothing to worry about and they wouldnt have put me in for a scan :s ??

and not low?

i dont think its anything to worry about right now, and im sure they'll explain it at the scan! and if they dont mention it at the scan, then i guess its all fine!
