Ugh! Morning Sickness

I'm so hungry but the thought of food makes me want to toss my cookies.. But I never throw up, just feel like I'm going to and then nothing.. Bah! I would honestly rather be throwing up then feeling like I am all day

awwwwww.
I'm soooo happy that is over and done with for me. lol
I found having something in my mouth at all times made me not feel sick..
as im typing that, I realize how bad that actually sounded.
BUT
I meant like a small candy or something.
Soda Crackers and Baby Cookies were my snack foods too.

Firstly, congrats on your !!!

But yeah, here's some help

http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnanc...medies/nausea/

I know they're for people who are actually being sick,
but like me; you're not being sick.

I found that keeping your stomach having food in helped alot
Its hard to force yourself to eat but it'll make things easier if you can.

Best of luck babe x

oh noo Anna if i still had it now i'd pretty much die! I started throwing up at 7, 8 weeks but if i wasnt throwing up i felt nauseus 24.7 as if i was going to throw up so throwing up doesnt make it any better, its such a vicious circle. I found that eating did help, even though as the food was cooking i was gipping, but foods like a simple jacket potato or beans on toast reli helped. sucking on mints, ice pops and holding a hot water bottle to my tum also helped. Cant wait til it goes for you hun!xx

Aww, I feel for ya. I had horrible morning sickness my first time around.. It was so bad that I had to carry an empty cup around with me in case I couldn't make it to the bathroom! Starving and gaining weight at the same time is just not fair.. unfortunately I lost my babe at 11 weeks. Just stay positive, hopefully it won't last throughout your whole pregnancy. I hear it usually ends around the second trimester. Feel better! xx

It's horrible, I've been getting all this week.
Dry toast and rich tea biscuits weirdly help and don't get out of bed to quick.
