In need of more advice... Regarding spotting?

So as some of you know, I haven't had my period since the 6th of December. I have taken nine pregnancy tests, including one at a clinic, all being negative. I haven't been stressed this month, or putting a bunch of thought into being pregnant or anything, my goal being to stay calm...

Anyway! I wiped yesterday and got a tiny bit of blood, figured I was starting my period, slapped on a pad and went to bed. Woke up... No blood whatsoever. Not when I wiped or anything. Is that normal if you're
pregnant? I don't want to overreact, and I'm going to wait another week to test again before going to the clinic for a blood test. Any ideas on what that could've been?

Okay, I'm going to ask a weird series of questions:

Do you have PCOS or any other kind of fertility disorder?
Do you have any metal implants in your body?
Do you take any street/precription drugs?
Have you had any surgery?
How about a blood infusion?

All of these things can lead to a flase neg. in Urine samples. Your best bet is to get a blood test done.
See if they can do a full blood panel (including the PT), because if you aren't pregnant, they may find the reason your period is so late.

If you are pregnant, a little old blood isn't too uncommon, so I wouldn't worry too much.

No to all of those... grr it's so frustrating! Lol. I will see a doctor/clinic as soon as I can, it's the limbo in between - the waiting - that's upsetting me lol. But thank you for the help.

EDIT: I have had surgery, just not recently. My first and only surgery was last May, for removing my appendix.

I don't think your appendix being removed would affect it though.

I'm extremely impatient, and this whole ordeal has really forced me to be calm. But it doesn't mean I like it, lol.

I didnt find out i was pregnant until i was 8 weeks gone because for the first two months i had what i thought were periods but seemed to be exactly the same as what youd experienced..when it happened the first month i thought it was odd but didnt really worry about being pregnant but when i started being sick and only had a slight bit of blood second month i done a test and i was pregnant x

Some women for some unknown reason just don't get hCG in their wee, but that's sooo rare, it's more likely that ovulation was delayed for some reason, therefore delaying your period, this is far more common than, a false negative this far after expected AF, see your GP!!

Well I think AF has come today... so idk. I will see if the "bleeding" continues and whatnot.
