An experience that is very common among young women + young men. Just always keep in mind that this is YOUR baby and YOUR life, don't let his wants influence your decision to the point where, if you want it but he doesn't, you'll terminate the pregnancy for him. This is your body + life that is going to be the most affected, just follow your heart and do what you truly think is right. Men can be idiots. But trust me on this one, you can do just fine without him if he doesn't want to participate in raising your child. You are strong and only you know what's best.
Theres been a few times in my pregnancy, in the beginning mostly, where ive thought "the timings wrong" and got scared about it... but mostly im excited and cant wait.
I think it helps for a woman because they are the ones who are actually carrying the baby...
Men cant really bond with a child until its born, where its different for the woman.
Im sure he'll come round to the idea and if not, im sure youll be a great mum anyway
I said before that my boyfriend was over the moon about the baby..
Now things have changed
At first I wasnt sure whether it was the right thing to do,
But now after having my scan, and seeing the baby,
Im so sure I want it..
But now he's changed his mind,
Saying the timings wrong and stuff?
He said he would support me whatever,
But he doesnt think its a good idea now..
My boyfriend didn't think my munchkin was a good idea either. Now, he's so in love with her he wouldn't change it for the world. Everyone has doubts, he's intitled to have his. Just reassure him that you're doing the best thing for everyone.
Im going through the same thing my babys daddy tld me he wanted a family and everything and wld be there for me no matter what but out of no where when i found out i was pregnant i tld him and he whent crazy saying he wasnt ready and all that lame stuff even though it really hurt me from everything he said i started to forget about it cuz now i kno how he really is i tlk to him once and a while cuz were not together anymore he tld me he didnt want a relationship right now so i didnt worry about it now hes really excited about having her and hes making so plans to be with her all the time but hes acting like theres nothing much going on till i started getting contractions yesterday i dnt really worry bout him though as long as im having my baby and she comes out ok im fine i dnt really need to be with the babys daddy to be happy dnt let anyone make u change ur mind about not having the baby do wat u think is best its ur choice and no one else ur gnna be the one goin through things not them so its ur choice i kno i made mine and now i only have 2 weeks left =D
