I never had raspberry leaf tea and I only pushed for 10 minutes too

u drink a few cups a day from 37 weeks and its ment 2 help tone & trengthen the uterus, it makes the pushing part easier supposedly, but it does makes BHs stronger as well.
lots of people r sceptical but i lyked the taste neway (wth a spoonful of honey) and lyk i sed my pushing stage was over b4 i knew it
personally i put it down 2 the RLT xxx

I think it's a young person thing actually. How old were you? How long was your entire labour? x

18 and 14hours.
I guess every1s different
my aunt who was 34 wen she has my cousn only pushd 4 10 nd put it down to RLT tho xxx

Whatever works, works, I guess! My labour was 4 hours. I know loads of young people who have had really quick labours, I thought maybe it was because we're young. Might depend on how relaxed you are, or it might not depend on anything. Guess we'll never know

dang you all are lucky my labor was 36 hours and 43 mins to a t and i pushed for 3 and ahalf hours!!!! and the puching hurt wors for me and i was druged and still felt it ugh =( you guys were so lucky lol dont want to scare any one sorry my son wasnt faceing the right way so took loads longer than normally would my labor nurses said that if he was facing the right way two pushes and he would have been out

Caitlyn was back to back my whole pregnancy and through half of my labour but she turned luckily. Back contractions were much worse than belly ones! x

agreed lol i have just had them with theses girls and they are horrendous i didnt have them with my son and i am hating it you might just be right THOSE contractions were worse than pushing
