Hiya. Im not new on here..I had another account and i forgot the password haha. Anyway im 19 years old and im currently 30weeks pregnant with a beautifull lil girl. Not a very good pregnancy, morning sickness all the way through, loads of stress at home and with ex partner and back and forth to hospital every other week. Just not going all good for me. Im always in pain with my bump, I get lower stomach pains nearly every day naw..And im just always finding myself unconfortable. Anyone got any suggestions??

Im 19 and 23 weeks pregnant with my little boy. Congrats on ur daughter
I know how you feel with the sickness im in that boat too. I find drinking some Pepperment Tea helps me. As for the bump pain i like to lay in a warm or hotter bath (not 2 hot though) and it soothes my aching belly.
Im sorry to hear your in and out of the hospital every week, but be happy all is going well your little girl is almost here LUCKY! :P

Try some gingerale and saltines, helps soothe the MS. Congrats on the little girly, she'll be here soon. Try sleeping with a pillow under bump on your side, heating pads and warm showers help to. .
