Im 17 and pregnant too.
First you need to go to the doctors and tell them you're pregnant and what you want to do. They may do a test to confirm you're pregnant and try to work out how far along you are by finding out when your last period was. Then they'll rerfer you to a midwife who will visit you when you're between 8-12 weeks for you first appointment. She'll fill out paperwork with you and book you in for your dating scan which is around 12 weeks. And thats as far as i've got atm. Im sure some of the lovely girls on this forum can fill you in better than me. If you need someone to talk to i'll give you my facebook name or msn addy. It will sink in eventually- promise
