Any teens breastfeeding their babies or planning too?
Just wondering. None of my (teen) friends with babies have breastfed their babies, but i plan on giving it a go!

Well done for giving it ago babe i breast fed for 3 months (I totally F'ed my supply by topping up and had to stop) If i would have stoped i would be BFing now i loved it so much - was so much easier (In my opionon) Then Bottle feeding x x

i would defo give it a go hunny i bf jack for the 1st 3days but had to stop as he suck was to strong and he kept making me bleed. but i loved it and really miss it! xxx

I gave it go, but was never really able to...had a really horrible birth, and was so ill my milk just never really came in (only 1oz a day when pumping..for 2 months!!!) sucked.

I am! Im loving it, sooo mcuh easier imo than FF. When tommys hungry he wants feeding *NOW* so the idea that at 3am id have to go downstairs and start faffing about with bottles and formula with a more and more fraustrated baby just scares me. BFing totally suits my laziness
I have been very lucky to have had no problems tho, but even if i had i was determined to do it. I love feeding him coz it helps me feel like im rlly providing for him and its so nice when im watching him grow knowing its 100% down to my produce lol.
Its a bit draining at times, like if i rlly cant leave him atm coz his feeds int he day r very unpredictable and its too muich effort to have to express all the time but for me the Pros rlly outweigh the Cons, still - each to their own!

I expressed when Harry was in NICU and then breastfed when he came out until he was re-admitted Christmas last year. I tried my hardest to breastfeed him for as long as I could but when he was taken ill again, I just couldn't carry on. I was all for natural parenting, then he decided to come early and everything went to pot.
