Gestation Sac but no baby?

I went for an ultrasound yesterday and they saw a gestation sac but they couldn't see baby as of yet.
I have to go back in a couple of weeks, I was searching on the net and some people said that a baby never turned up when that happend. I'm really scared.
They said the size of the sack is about 5 weeks...
I don't know whether I should be worrying, upset, or whatt...

Does everyone have a gestation sac without a baby?

Searching the internet always gives you the worse case scenario.

Did the sonographer seem particularly worried? I wouldn't let it worry you, I didn't have a scan that early so can't really compare though.

I wouldn't be worrying then

You'll be able to see more in 2 weeks

i dont really want to worry u but i had a scan at 6week due to sharp pains and they could see something there and rlated to it as a fetus.
i have a pic of what i was given so see if u can compare to that.
how did they do the scan? mine was internally.
dont want to worry u at all.
if they didnt seem worried theres no point worryin yourself

They didn't do mine internally, I'm not at work at the moment but as soon as I get home in 8 hours I'll upload a pic of what they gave me. And tell you what the report said.
