is anyone elses friends bein a total bitch about you bein pregnant!
my so called best mate is really beginin to annoy me, wen i found out she was like puttin a dampner on the whole situation with coments like oh god your life is over, and said "dont expect us all to be here by time its come out" and "i hate kids me only one i like is my nephew and thats cuz i have to" so i chose not to have her as godmother seen as she didnt like kids was unsportive and didnt bother with me for ages. i asked my mate who lives 45mins away as i new she'd be there for me and id trust her with my little one etc. anyways my best mate changed her tune and seemed to be all excited and was askin wot she should get the baby as she didnt want to get it just clothes.
wen theres a group of us and they ask about baby or me bein pregnant she sighs nd rolls her eyes and is like im sick of hearin about it.
a best mate to me is someone to ring or tex wen ur worried or need someone to talk to but wenever i do shes like " all u do is moan" or " your such a worrier ur pregnant nothin is goin to go wrong so stop tryin to make it"
i found out i had group b strep and last nite my mate asked about it as she wanted to tell her friend who was pregnant so i was explainin and the "best mate" went its not as bad as uur makin it out to be u look for a drama in everythin!
she always compares me to her sister aswel which really does wind me up, its always my sister did this or well my sister didnt do that and shes fine. when i was choosin my pram she was like my sister had that it was rubbish. and when i said i was gettin the car seat she was llike why do u need it use dont drive its a waste of money my sister didnt have it. IM NOT YOUR SISTER!!!
sorry to have a rant but just need to get it off my chest. sick of feelin like i have no-one. =( not expectin replies really just wanted a moan x

My best friend (Well the one of my three best friends) is like that! It pisses me off so much! One second shes like "Your ruining your life and personaly i think you should of had an abortion" and the next shes asking what "Auntie" can get me for that baby! Its like make up your mind really! and it anoyes me cos my other best friend kinda agrees with every little thing she says, shes such a bloody sheep. Lucky my other best friend isnt part of our little group and shes been really suportive To be honest hun she probs just jealous and wishes it was her! and who is she to tell you what to get and what not to get! Oh well eh, its times like these you find out who your real friends are! We're all here to suport you hun even if she isnt

This sounds so familiar! Recently most of my friends ditched me. They said I was a bore & not having pool parties every weekend made me a middle aged woman! Apart from my best best best & soon to be Godfather/Mother Josh(haha).
Anyway Its so not worth worrying about! Stick with the people that make you feel good! Ignore your friend that said about you were being dramatic about group b strep, she doesn't know anything clearly!

i worked at the same place as my oh and his so called best etc lol. well i dnt exactly have many friends apart from the ones we shared at work and i was meant to be mates with his best mate and his gf (who i actually work with) and he was always slagging me off and when i found i was at work nxt day so didnt want anyone knowing so told told ppl i had a bad back and this couple were slagging me off sayin i was being pathetic not lifting anything heavy and she actually went behind my back and told one of my good friends :@ and for months b4 we found out they had been slagging me off then when we did find out it was that i was ruining my oh life he's to young etc which wound me up and alot of ppl have had a similar attitude but the best thuing is this boy (thats what he is) has been saying wonder if they will ask me to be godfather ummm yer rite ur slag off my babys mum but expect me to allow to care if something were to happen don't think so, sorry i got a bit carried away and that probably doesn't make sense now lol.

omg...i'm going through the same thing, with a couple of my mates....
one has gotten herself preggers....the other is telling me to get rid...

tbh don't listen to your friends, their going to be jelous, that you've got something special going on, and they haven't...

maybe your friend mentions her sister, as she see's it as common ground, as she isn't pregnant, so thinks talking about some one who's had a baby too, gives conversation.

moaning about you moaning is out of order...god your preggers, obv your going to moan...js our hormones are up the wall...

all i can say is, focus on you and LO....
