I'm having one and this is my 2nd! You get lots of stuff, so its a big help, and its fun to celebrate with friends and family. My mom told me even that someone has gotten me the carseat I want, which is so amazing.

Im scared to have one. my mom said she set it up for me. but im not really a social person and have no other family around. so it will probably be really small and with people just my mom knows.. so going to be awkward..

that's how i feel- my friends want to throw me 1 but i dont want to be the center of attention i have scary images of us sitting there in silence going "sooo....." lol

I have a big family, so does my OH, and I have a lot of friends that wanted to come.. in fact OH has female friends and friends with girlfriends who weren't able to come because I just didn't have room for everyone anywhere

Mine were fun, we played games.. of course ate.. 2 were held after Elyse was born so a bunch of people got to meet Elyse at once
