| Megan Series.... Hope you don't mind me posting here.
I was wondering if any of you have read the 'Megan' series by Mary Hooper? It's a trilogy about a girl called Megan (no way) who becomes pregnant at 15 and decides to keep the baby. She isn't with the father and has a very unsupportive mother at the beginning. The first book is about her pregnancy, the second is when her son is a newborn and the third is when he is 1 year old. I have read all three, and have the first two. Personally I think they are very good and give the facts about teen pregnancy without either glamourising it or completely making it seem like the worst thing in the world, but I was wondering what you thought.
Do you think they portray teenage pregnancy in the right light, or what? Do you like the books? etc etc....
Once again, hope you don't mind me asking but I just reread one and was wondering what your views would be on them (that is, if anyone has read them!)

| I got mine from a local bookshop, but yeah they'll be on Amazon, err, Waterstones/WHSmith website? They are £5.99 a book, so not too expensive | | | | Status: Offline

| I am definitely going to look for that book. Okay, I've already been through pregnancy and the first year but it would definitely be good to look at it from someone else's perspective. | | | | Status: Offline
