| i'm pregnant! hello, my name is Bexx.
I'm 19 and just found out i am pregnant.
I live with my boyfriend and i think hes going to stick around for sure.
I'm surprised and it wasn't planned but i'm very happy anyway.
i'm going to the doctors tomorrow, what should i expect?
i'm deffinatly pregnant, i think it's just 4 weeks, but i only had a very very light period in october so that might have been implantation bleeding?
any advice let me know, would be much appreciated! : )
thanks. | | | | Status: Online

thanks. | They'll do a pregnancy test themselves, ask TONS of questions..mainly about medical history in the family... Blood test/check weight/check blood pressure/urine sample
Pretty much the basics of what they'll do | | | | Status: Online

| Hiya,
They normally only do a test, either a urine one or blood depending on the doctors.
(Jas029 is from USA things must be done differently there )
They don't tend to ask any medical questions at all, thats left for your first midwife appt ( normally get this anywhere from 8-12 weeks)
Congratulations xx | | | | Status: Offline

| That's completely normal, pretty much everyone worries about all that. I certainly did. The first trimester is the bit where you worry continuously, it gets better once you reach 12 weeks. Hope your appointment goes well!
