| at 11 months she can eat *almost* anything in small small small bites. good snacks are always pieces of fruit (except citrus like oranges) cut into basically thirds, cheerios, gold fish, animal crackers, grahm crackers. things you can order when your out would be chicken fingers and slice them til about the size of your finger nail, pieces of cheese, (not very healthy but you could go with cut up french fries if nothing else) very very very mini pieces of cut up hot dogs or hamburgers. i mean she is almost a year old so she really can have a very wide variety of food as long as its really really really cut up. (some foods to stay away from until 2 years would be peanuts or peanut butter, citrus, pickles. due to allergies that can develop and sour citrus foods can cause acid reflux) |
