tired all of a sudden?

my energy levels just gone completly down, i was fine earlier! Now im really tired & feel very sick! anyone know how to get my energy levels up?
its like i havent slept in days!

i know it's abit of a random post but i dont like feeling this tired?

i feel the same way with this being my second pregnancy, its like i have to stop for a breather every 5 minutes. my only advice is try to rest as much as possible, eat a well balanced diet, and try to do a light exercise a little each morning. (it gets the blood pumping) other than that good luck

I had that early on in my first pregnancy. I just had no energy at all... I just wanted to lie on the couch all day!
Luckily it passed as got into my second trimester.
Just try to do easy exercises through out the day to keep healthy. If you feel the need to sit down. Do it!

think its because you get tired anyway i 1st tri, plus we got the babies as well lol..doesnt help the tirednesss x x
