hey girls,
i was wondering since any of you since trying/ fell pregnant, did any of your girl mates fall pregnant straight after??

since i started trying for a LO, my friend copied the vitamins i were taking (folic acid), certain foods i was eating...

said how she wants a baby too, but i kept telling her is's not like wanting a dog, it's a life..

now she's pregnant by some guy she only just shags, he's always off with other girls, yet she stays true and exlcusive to him....

now she wants to get rid, but i'm fuming as she knew she was going to fall preggers..

i didn't think she copied me, until another friend of mine mentioned it.

Argh! Hard situation!

Sorry I don't know what to advise...I guess really, you just have to try and be there for your friend, no matter how much you disagree with what she's doing. Support her either way, whatever she wants to do about the baby etc. There's obviously some stuff going on in her head, and it can't be easy.

Know you're angry etc., understandably. But at the end of the day, she chose to behave like that,and as a friend you just gotta be there!

she knows how much me and my OH are struggling to get our heads around our lil one...

just wish she wouldn't of been soo silly..
and aswell she wants me to come to the abortion clinic..

i'm always going to be there for her, i love her to pieces...
just don't want her messing herself up over this guy

Yeah know what you mean, it's all a bit of a mess! Why did she decide to start acting like that? Does she like this guy?

You think you'll go with her?

Even though you'll be there for her, make sure you look after yourself and your baby first, try not to get too stressed out!

Sorry never been in the exact situation, but have been with a friend copying no-so good behaviour off me...it's a tricky one! xx

i dunno if i'll be allowed in a clinic like that, as me being pregnant, might make it stressful for other girls who are there....

she adores this guy, but all they have been are f**k buddies, his always lieing to her and other people, and always gettin on other girls, i was only telling her last week to get a sti test cos of how he is...

tbh i'd rather her copy me with clothes or somethink....

thing is tho , she really wants to be involved in my and my lil one, which i have no prob with...

i'm more pissed that she let it happen with this guy...

madness lol x

thats such a stupid thing to do, a mate of mine started trying at 16 she didnt even have a boyfirend she was just doing it with any tom dick or harry that came around! i told her what a stupid thing it was to do and had a right go at her. then she thought she was pregnant and was gonna get rid, i was SO angry toying with a life like that, obviously there not mature enough to have a baby. thankfully she wasnt!!

Yeah my best friend got pregnant when i was about 14weeks, she wasnt trying though just not being that carefull which suprised me abit cos shes usualy so sensable and organised lol. Shes not pregnant anymore she felt she couldnt have the baby cos shes at uni. Id rather she didnt have an abortion but i suported her through it. So abit diffrent to your situation but she still got pregnant soon after me, it was so strange. I feel kinda bad talking to her about baby stuff now she says she doesnt mind but i know its really hurting her

My OH's bestfriends girlfriend go pregnant soon after me too and she also had an abortion.

i didnt have a friend that did it, but OH's sister got pregnant straight after she found out about us expecting harriet, theres a month and 2 days between our babies x

omg, i only started trying because i'm in a stable relationship, and me and my OH can support this baby..
but i think he thinks she was on the pill, tbh i thought she was until i started mentioning about me and my OH trying, then she came off it soon after...

i told she silly for letting it be with this particular guy, she's all loved up, yet he still single..

i'm sooo pissed off with her, because she knew she was going to get preggers, but didn't think of getting the morning after pill....

ooo i'm sooo confused and angry lol
