Hi ladies, hope you don't mind me popping in from WTT ^.^

This has been bugging me for a while now, and I just need to rant about it! It annoys me so much when people are all like "I think teenagers getting pregnant is disgusting". Etcetera etcetera, bet you lot get that a lot Ignorant people...

But what's even worse is when you dig a bit more into the person who said that's life.... and it turns out they lost their virginity at 14.

I mean, HONESTLY! Accidents HAPPEN! Anyone who's saying that teenagers getting pregnant when they cannot afford to support the child themselves is wrong but is sexually active themselves is the biggest freaking hypocrite out there! Gahhh!!!

If you want to preach, preach. Just don't be a freaking hypocrite about it! If you don't think that people should be having babies outside marriage, a good career and a stable job then I damn well hope you're either in that situation, or are still a virgin. Odds are, you aren't.

AMEN!I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU JUST SAID 10000000% im 19 and even still I always get "You are so stupid,selfish,and immature for getting pregnant at such a young age.You can barely take care of yourself and are trying to start out in life and now you want to bring a child into your unstable world and let your poor parents take care of it." I usually hit them up with this list.1.I know im young but im ready to care for this baby! 2.I used protection when I got pregnant. 3.My parents offered to help me until my first year of college was done and I was able to get a good paying job as a CNA and get on my feet which I fully plan on doing. And 4.If I was selfish id have aborted it the second I found out.But yeah I know the feeling one of my freinds told me that she wanted nothing to do with me because I am apparently a bad influnce when shes had sex with more guys than me.Its a shame but im not going to let it stop me!

I too was using protection when I got pregnant but we were ttc before that. I'm 20 btw. But in no way was our decision to ttc selfish either.. We both have stable jobs, we have our own home, perfect to raise a family in! And we both felt we were ready to become parents...
I did want to further my education while working which is why we put ttc on hold, but my first month back on the pill I fell pregnant, I believe it was just meant to be. I now plan to do my studies in a crash course while on maternity leave

I totally agree! It bothers me no end when people are like, "Oh that girl is pregnant, she's a slut!" when they're also having sex. They think that because their birth control has always worked for them, they aren't being just as "slutty"? (I'm not saying having sex as a teenager is slutty, just throwing their opinion back at them). People are just stupid, and they always want to try to feel better about themselves.

I know a girl. She's had over 10 partners and was on the pill most of the time.
She didn't use protection and just used the pull out method alot of the times.
She's had unprotected sex multiple times and has never gotten pregnant.

I've had one partner, we used condoms but sometimes yes we forgot condoms and did the pull-out method (It was rare though) But it was enough where I got pregnant.

People look at me and think I'm the slut but not her because she's not the one knocked up. They could still look at her as a virgin because she was lucky enough she didn't get pregnant the countless times she used a flawed method and doesn't have living proof she had sex such as a baby.

Yet I'm the one that gets glared at with my bump. Which will get even worse after I have him.

Pre-cum must have gotten me pregnant. When he'd put it in a couple of times without a condom... And like 10 minutes before he was finished he would put a condom on. And I still got pregnant.
I also took the morning after pill whenever we did that, and I STILL got pregnant. My baby must be meant to be!

It annoys me how some people can sleep around without using anything and get lucky and then there are people in commited relationships using protection who manage to get pregnant and they are the 'sluts'. I know people who have done both those things and it really annoys me how the girl who got pregnant got such a bad rep...

i agree with whats been said, i hate it how easily people are judged because either their pregnant or already have a baby! Especially if your young, people pre-judge and make assumtions to wether you can support your child.. If they'd take one second out to think with their tiny little brains they'd actually realise if we couldnt support our children or were doing a bad job they would be in care. not under our supervision in some care home. gosh i could rant forever, it gets me so mad that people are so thick skinned and biased. Ive even had people not help me onto the bus because im young with a baby! but luckily another young girl came down from the back of the bus to help me! Ive been sitting on the bus next to a pair of elderly women and they've made hurrendous hurtful comments. !! okay okay rant over xx

I have a friend who has slept with SO many guys, never used protection and somehow has never got pregnant. Im in a commited relationship and using protection and she has been takin the piss out of me behind my back for being stupid and getting pregnant???
*I* am stupid, even tho i did all the sensible things? I have no time for people who are so arrogant to think theyr sumthin special becoz it didnt happen to them.
Tbh now i have a beautiful baby boy and while it wasnt the ideal time to have him, there's no way id change nehting about him for the world x

I personally wouldn't judge teens who have a bump or baby because i have friends who fell pregnant in their teens - and they were all 'accidents' (i hate using that word but ykwim).
I think some people judge teens who plan pregnancies, but obviously there are people out there who are close minded and don't realise that could have easily been a teen mum if a condom split etc.
