Teen pregnancy

I'm fifteen years old. And I'm scared that i might be pregnant.
I am late for my period only by two days though. I have been feeling bad morning sickness, and during the day my\stomach randomly starts aching, like as if i haven't eaten for weeks.
When in reality i just ate not to long ago. And i have been getting cold alot, when I'm in a warm place.
And at night i wake up freezing, when i have two or three blankets on me.

What are the odds of me being pregnant? And are those even symptoms?

Have you had unprotected sex? I can't really advise you on the odd of you being pregnant unless I know that, sweetie...

The only way to know for sure is to take a test. If you are late for your period a home testing pregnancy kit will work now. You can pick them up for 1 or 2 pound if you go to the right place and they are just as accurate as a test at the doctors surgery...

Good luck x

Hello!

Hiya, Just as Nicky said the cramps and sickness are signs, and obviously your late period. A test should show now if you are or not. I got my positive test 4 days before my period was due (planned pregnancy so I was desperate to test!)

Good luck and I hope the outcome is what you want.

Yes, i have. I have before but I've never had problems like this. I don't know what to do, cause i know my parents would kill me if i am pregnant.

Thank you so much for the advice. I really appreciate it.

Hiya, Since you have had unprotected sex and you are late on your period then you could very well be pregnant.

I suggest you go to your local family planning / drop in clinic as they can test you confidentially and for free... they can also be someone for you to talk through your options objectively with and they will be able to offer you advice and support in whatever the outcome.

Another option is to buy a test (Savers and Superdrug do them for very little money) and do it yourself. I'd reccomend having a trusted friend or relative with you when you get the result as if you are pregnant it will be quite a shock and you may not want to be alone.

Best of luck, hun. Let us know how you get on.
