i have that same issue! I'm 34 weeks along. The only thing that really helps me is my body pillow. I lay on my side put it in between my legs and then use it to also to kinda support my belly. The only other thing that help me is to sleep on my side and throw my leg over my boyfriend and cuddle up to him. not sure if you live with him or not but other than that you're pretty much screwed. i sleep a lot one night, the next night dont hardly sleep a wink then the night after that i sleep a lot and so forth. between little one moving around and having to get up to pee its hard to get comfy. good luck!! if you find something that helps please post it! thanks

not a pro on this at all as ive never got the chance to carry yet but ive seen on doctor shows and read that u shouldnt sleep on ure back specially later in pregnancy because the baby puts pressure on its cord and/or twist it up more trying to get comfy so its not good. they say to sleep on your sides, get a body pillow if it helps

Deffo get a body pillow ... or even a couple of ordinary pillows - sleep on your side, pop a thinnish pillow between your knees and another one under the bump to support it.

Do what i do with the wall of pillows as my boyfreind now calls it.My bed is against a wall so i line the wall up with 6 or 7 pillows kinda slanted then lay on my side and start to turn my body slowly so that i am sorta at an angle to where im laying on my side but a little on my back too. Then I cuddle with a pillow so my little bump is supported and put one in between my legs.If your bed isnt against a wall just use a body pillow or a few pillows and do this. This way you arent on your back fully but your still on your side too.It helps me alot my uterus is titled toward my back some so I have a hard time getting comfortable also but this works for me really well looks kinda weird but it works lol.

I understand where your coming from. Im constantly waking up in the middle of the night with aches and cramps. The only thing that seems to be helping for me is lying on my right side with my leg over a load of pillows and a pillow underneath my bump...
Tried the leg over the boyfriend.. I get too hot and it doesnt help that he always moves! Can't lie on my back at all.. baby far too heavy allready. For some reason can't lie on my left side as its far too uncomfortable.. this i don't mind because I'd have Paul snoring in my face anyway. But whatever i seem to do, no matter how many pillows i surround myself with, im still uncomfortable and attacked by cramps in my legs and arms..
xx
