I dont mind, i dont feel like a teenager anyway, i dont act like any of my friends. I havnt found anyone look down on me..yet. I think its horrible that people judge teen mummys, yes you get bad 1s, but you also get bad parents that are in the 20s,30s,40s! But I love it and i wouldnt change it for anything xx

You'll get judgemental people wherever you go.. Even down to the dirty looks. I haven't really experienced it yet and i'm not going to say it won't bother me because it probably will but their opinions won't change/matter to how good of a mum i'm going to be.
I started back at college today, I've been there 3 years but i don't really know LOADS of people and everybody who was new and on the same floor as me kept staring and whispering amongst themselves.. I don't know what they were saying or thinking but i'm not there to find a best friend, i'm there to find an education.. & anybody who wants to question my pregnancy and look down on me.. All i'll have to say to them is well atleast i'm not sitting on my arse all day.. I'm trying to get an education to provide for my unborn child, which is alot more than i can say for many older women who do nothing with their lives and don't get looked down on as much as younger mums just because the fall into the correct age category to have a baby.
Anybody who wants to question a young mother's ability to look after their child (JUST because they're young and for that reason alone) can all fuck themselves as far as i'm concerned

xxx

Most people were really happy for me, my family and close friends were over the moon and all said how great ill be and what a blessing my daughter is. My college friends they were okay i guess they didnt say anything bad but some of them didnt exactly say good things either. Only one of my boyfriends friends said i was being stupid having a kid at eighteen, and my boyfriends mum thought the same. She recommended that i got an abortion :-/
A few strangers and people around college think im a slut and stupid for falling pregnant but i dont care, the way i see it is as long as my family and boyfriend are happy then i am too

Worst time was in work when I was talking about the baby to a woman I work with, veronica, and I could so tell this nosey woman was listening to me and after about 10 minutes she turned round and said in the most cheeky damn tone "you look about TWELVE !" my mouth just dropped and I could have punched her but I ended up crying in the bathroom later, dont get me wrong I look young [I'm 18, 19 in 2 weeks] but I do not look 12 she was just being a nosey cheeky cow, I hate how people may look at me when I have the baby because I look young they will actaully think I'm younger than I am

... god thinking about that day has got me so annoyed wish I had said "thanx and you look like a 60 y.o fat cow" smiled and turned round, oh how hine sight is bliss
