I definitely wanted to reply to this post as one of my best friends went through the almost the same thing as you. About 8 years ago, she was date raped and became pregnant. Because of the circumstances, her parents took her to get an abortion. 5 years later, she got married and decided to have children. Her husband and her got pregnant on the first try, but soon lost the baby at 10 weeks. The doctors told her that of course she was not being punished for having the previous termination, but there may have been excess scar tissue or other problems caused by the abortion that had caused her to miscarry this baby. They told her that (and this is just what they told her, may not be true) 80% of all pregnancies RIGHT after an abortion end in miscarriage because there is so much scarring still there. Now, her husband and her got pregnant again a year later and gave birth to a little boy who is ADORABLE!
I don't know if what the doctors told her is true or not, but I do know it makes sense that there would probably be some scarring that needs healing. You are definitely not being punished sweetie and just keep trying, you will get pregnant and carry a beautiful baby full term. I'm sure of it!
