This one is interesting, I wanted a baby from when I was 16, all because I was a maternal type, I'm glad I waited in the end but I would never judge any young mums, infact I praise them for doing so well

I was on the pill from when I started sleeping with my OH James when I was about 15 and it was always fine until I wasn't very well and was taking other medication which my wonderful doctor neglected to tell me would interfere with my pill. Then when I did find out I was pregnant I had big doubts about whether I was going to keep the baby or not and thought a lot about not having it but in the end I made what I think (and hope) was the right decision.
I wouldn't ever judge anyone who did TTC as a teen, at the end of the day it's not my buisness but I personally would never have planned to have a baby at this age because there were lots of things I wanted to do and as much as I know nothing is impossible, I am realistic and I do realise things are going to prehaps take longer and be that bit harder. I'd also have liked to have been more financially stable before I started a family. But you can't plan everything and I'm sure it will be worth it in the end!

I wasn't trying, but I've always wanted a baby (obviously not right now but in the future). But I think people who want to be a young Mum should be if they can support their child etc. It's their choice and they shouldn't be judged neither should the people who accidently get pregnant and chose to keep their baby.
im 17 , will be 18 n july, and TTC with my 20y/o BF. we've been together four years and always knew we would have children. when i fell preggers a year ago and miscarried, it made us realize how much we wanted a LO of our own. so here we are 3 months TTC and nothing yet, but we're keeping our fingers crossed.
we dont live together yet bc we're waiting til i graduate. but we both work stably and i dont think we should be judged more than someone older TTC.
ive always been maternal tho, and he has one son from an ex he met b4 me whom he just lost custody of, so we're trying more than ever to have a little one of our own!
im suprised he let me off my back long enuf to type this, lol!!!
Im 22 and my OH is 19 we had a miscarriage in Sept we werent trying then he decided that he wanted one so we starting ttc'ing then I changed my mind about it and then it happened lol we are happy about it. I have tons of friends that are younger w/children Im not sure if any were trying but I think most of it just happened but I look up to teen moms that take care of their children on there own or even with help from their parents they took the responsibility Im proud of you girls. Im just nervous about my own LOL
I wasn't trying..I didnt wanna go on the pill as an aunt has major problems ttc because of years on the pill and I knew I wanted a big family at one point, so was relying on condoms.
