let me just say that its good to see yall are more supportive than most teen boards.
ok so heres my story:
6 weeks ago(december 2nd) me n my SO had unprotected sex and he was supposed to pull out but didnt. really no problem since we always knew we'd have kids anyway. hes very loving and stably employed and everything, im 17 and we've been together almost 4 years.
i got one period on the 14th of dec, and another on the 6th of this month. yet weird things have been happening:
he swears im moody as all hell
ive been so nauseous smells, tastes, sights, i hate food
then im starving
ive been peeing alot
sore nips
im suprised im awake now to be typing this as im always asleep now
pain in my lower tummy every now n again
n right below my belly button its very solid(new, it was soft and squeezy)
and my SO swears he feels a bigger lump on the left side. i do to and rubbing my tummy makes me feel sooooooo much better.
but ive had two peiods and 2 negative tests. i dont kno wats going on!!! some have tol me its possible, others think im being stupid. if i am preggers id be 6 weeks along today.
well it is possible to have periods when pregant, with my first child i was 16 years old and had unprotected sex once with my partner and never thought anything of it coz 2 weeks later i had my period, then the month after i had a period again, then the next month another period but it didnt last long and was much lighter than usual but i still never thought anything of it as we had used protection every time since the last time we had it unprotected, it wasnt till about a week after the light period that i started to throw up everyday on my way to work i thought i was just ill but it never went away, my mum noticed this and told me to get a test but i said there is no way i could be pregnant and explained to her the situation but she made me go doctors anyway she said she just had a feeling so i went doctors done a urine sample and gave it in and carried on as usual, 4 days later i got a call from my doc (also family friend) and he said congratulations ur pregant i thought it was a mistake as it had been 3 months since i had unprotected sex, he sent me for a scan the next day and it was then that i found out i was 15 weeks pregnant and i had had 3 periods, im not saying this is happening to you but it is possible, i would wait for a bit and test again or go to the doc and get a blood test as they are very accurate.
i hope all goes well for you, im now expecting my 2nd baby and im going into hospital at 8am this morning for my c-section.

but i really dont wanna test yet im trying to hold out til feb.1st but the wait is killing me n SO.
thanks so much tho for ur input cuz so many get critical wen i bring up the period-but-feeling-preg-thing.
Some people think they are experiencing a light period during early pregnancy. I had a friend who had periods for a few months into her pregnancy so I would suggest maybe going to a doctor for a blood test just to be reassured. Good luck!
