If you take a browse through the 1st trimester forum you will find a lot of helpful information there on what not to eat etc etc.

Bumps vary from person to person, some show at around 12-13 weeks and others dont until nearly 20 weeks.

You should also get a little booklet from your midwife at your booking in appointment which gives you all the of the basics in a week by week guide

This could be some help about foods

You also need to start taking folic acid tablets which you can get from superdrug boots etc,

Have you told anyone yet?? You will also need to make a appointment with a midwife for about 8weeks ish

You'll find some good advice from the NHS at, search Google for 'NHS Pregnancy advice'.

I'd definately recommend making that first appointment with the midwife at your local GP surgery, they'll give you absolutely loads of things to read through and usually their contact number if you ever have any worries you want to discuss.

Do you plan to tell anyone in your family yet? like your mum? It's better not to be alone and thinking about it all the time, having someone to talk to helps share the stress/worry/questions etc. I guarantee it'll be on your mind now, probably every day, every hour, anytime your mind wanders! It's so much easier being able to talk to someone!

Good luck, best wishes to you and bump xx

Maybe you could book a appoinment with your G.P to confirm the pregnency and talk through your options??
Or if not your parents another adult in your family x

One of my best friends fell pregnant when she was 14 and it was her first time too. She didn't tell anyone until 7 months on, her bump had started to show and an observant French teacher caught her. She's now 27, her lovely son is 13 nearly and she's absolutely sorted.

I'm not trying to say it's all easy and a walk in the park, but it is possible to get through it and come out the other end incredibly happy with life. Just get the support network set up early on, pick someone you know who can cope with carrying you too when you're worried and need someone.

Best of luck!

That sounds like a good idea thanks ...
I'm not sure if that's the. Eat thing ATM as there is alot of family issues and it would cause big problems

Do you know when the latest time like it is to terminate bubble if if did go down that road??
