Going into hospital?

Hi, firstly I am 2 days overdue with twins, and I was told this wouldn't happen (I was almost a two weeks overdue as were my two brothers so I guessed it could be coming)

I was told that I would be induced tomorrow because I am in quite a lot of pain but I went into hospital yesterday and they said that they thought that I was possibly in the early stages of labour already and so I should stay at the hospital overnight for observation and do some test. I decided to do the tests but I didn't feel any different and I didn't want to spend a night in hospital for no reason.

So I went home and have continued to feel fine. I just recieved a call from a nurse saying that my test results have come through and that I need to go up to the hospital and should take my hospital bag with me. No explaination of why or anything so I am just waiting from Sam to come back from work to take me, luckily it is only a few mins away.

Now I am just really worried that there is something seriously wrong.

They probably want to get the babies out because they are getting big. Wow, making it to 2 days overdue, they usually come a bit earlier.

I hate when people do that! Doesn't they know how much more worried and upset it makes people when they don't know what's going on?!?! I swear, I'll never do that to any of the women I work with...
