Hi I would love to hear you story too pls. We have been trying for 3yrs now with out any luck my partner has a poor mortality rate.

We have male factor infertility issues as well...please send me ur regime as well I doong the same as you are researching and trying anything that people claim t have success from.

Congratulations! I am so excited for you and for us, who desperately trying to conceive with the male factor issues because your success story gives us hope too. My husband has also poor count, motility and morphology. But we conceived on our own in January 09. The pregnancy did not go so well as the doctors discovered that I had a blighted ovum (just a sac with no fetus). We've been trying again for more than a year ever since and nothing. Hope you can share your regime with me as well. Like you, I've been searching the net for any information on natural methods to improve my husband's sperm, feeding him a handful of herbal pills, going to acupuncture, using softcups, etc. I just don't want to go an IVF route because there's nothing wrong with me and really don't want to subject my body to all the hormones and stress from the procedure.

Congrats... Wud love to hear ur regime if u cud include me too... I have low progestrone still don't know know if this was the reason for my mmc in past...
