| Bleeding after delivery was watery, then went to sort of blobby with clots, it went to very little loss, and I thought it had stopped, but then started as it is now with period type pains, but also sharp pains where my ovaries are. I am praying that it IS now my period, so I can then use ov sticks to track ovulation, hopefully get a positive in the next few weeks, and try and get pregant, or at least give me some dates to work from. (it prob wont be, but just want something to occupy my mind, all I do is sit on here every day, dwelling on things) even jokingly told my boss I'm not going back to work until I am pregnant again,to my surprise she said whatever I am happy with!
im not looking forward to seeing doctor, dont really know what i am going for, I was originally going to arrange to see a counseller, but no one wants so see one now. And if the bleeding is normal, feel like I am wasting their time. Maybe it is worth going to find out when we can try again etc. Still hanging in limbo, still miss touching my bump and feeling Harry, but things do seem a bit better. | | | | Status: Offline

| I went to see the doctor who was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. She was going to give me antibiotics then changed her mind, then she was going to book me a scan then changed her mind, then she told me to ring hospital myself today, to ask about a follow up appointment. On the up side, the bleeding seems to have stopped (for now), has gone to barely no loss, and brown. So see how that goes, just want my body to get back to normal so we can try again. Doctor said to wait 1 cycle then try again. So just a waiting game now. Just need something to occupy my mind. | | | | Status: Offline

| With my post natal bleed i was warned by my midwife that it would probably keep starting and stopping for a few weeks and it did. She said it was because the uterus was contracting. I kept thinking i had finished bleeding and then a couple of days later it would start again. This went on for about 4 weeks.
I think you just have to give your body a bit of time hun. Its a massive stress on your body dealing with pregnancy and it can take a while to settle down and get back to normal. Its been almost 4 months now for me and my body is definitely still not right. I just keep thinking that the longer time goes on, the more my body will be healed and be able to sustain another pregnancy.

| I'm hoping this is the last of the bleeding, but I still have period like pains so probably more to come, just so deperate to try again. My SIL got pregnant 3 months after her 1st and delivered a healthy 2nd baby, Just hope my body is as strong. Life is so cruel, first to take our babies away, and then to make us suffer physically as well as emotionally after our loss, TTC is all I can think about, it is driving me mad. If I dont think about TTC, I just dwell on losing Harry, and sit looking at his photos. Wish I could escape my mind fingers crossed to all you ladies that you recover soon. x | | | | Status: Offline

| I feel like I am going insane, my mind doesnt know what to do/think. I sit at home bored either on here and thinking of TTC or Harry, and I sometimes think I would be better off at work, but it is the busiest and most stressful time of year at work, so then I dont think I would benefit from going. Dont know what to do to fill my days. Just feel lost, ttc gives me something to think about, but waiting to heal is driving me mad, Im scared of going to the loo in case there is fresh blood. Wish I could go to sleep and wake up in a few months (preferably pregnant!). | | | | Status: Offline
