As most of you know we lost our baby boy, a week ago. I have been feeling pretty low today, so for some reason decided to do an ovulation test, and it came up positive, so I did another and another and they all showed the same. Could I be ovulating so soon after? or is it just hormones left in my body from being pregnant/giving birth? Has anyone else had this? now I am excited, hubby thinks it is harry wanting another chance, if that makes sense. Sorry for posting this in here but I didnt know where to put it. Just need some advise please.

i dont know hun. i know after birth you can be super fertile however an ovulation test will show up positive if there are pregnancy hormones in your system. as its not been long since you gave birth this may be hormones left from your pregnancy with your little boy and thats why its turning positive. it might be better to wait for a period and then start TTC again

I would say its pregnancy hormones still circulating.x

the best way to be sure your opk is not picking up preg hormones is by doing a preg test and if that shows neg, you are ovulating.

i am so so sorry to hear about the passing of your little boy Harry, i lost my little girl in july and i ovulated 2 weeks later and started af 29 days after delivery, my cycle threw its self back in sync of some sort. xxx

I did a pregnancy test this morning which was negative, and the ov test had a faint pink line, so have I just finished ovulating or is it just more sensitive and is still picking up hcg from my pregnancy?
