How do you keep the stress levels down?


I have so much anger inside me at the minute.....I am trying really hard to keep away from the cigs (although dont always succeed) and not to give into the temptation to drink myself into oblivion....but all this stress and emotion surely cant be good for the baby???????
Right now I just want to scream.
How have you guys managed to keep calm in such a difficult time?

I'm still dealing with it. I find that ranting and raving and wanting to hit someone helps, haha. I haven't got past the anger stage yet, although its getting easier. I personally believe its better to let yourself be angry than hide it all and pretend you aren't.

hmmm let me see...i'm rarely calm! i just hide it well i guess..and i dont smoke and very rarely drink... my ex makes me wanna start though! I wanna hit him...but have to hold back! Sorry hun, no help there! x
