Hun your daughter is sick

As you said she is your priority. I would go back to your solicitor and ask for a non molestation order to be put in place because you're being harrassed and threatened and your daughter is sick and that your stress levels are high enough as it is and that your at breaking point with worrying over everything etc.

Just a suggestion but

you really must be going through hell at the minute hun!

thanks very much for your advice! i don't want to sound totally stupid but i don't know much about all this stuff. What is a molestation order? What would that mean happens? Could he fight against me doing it? Sorry for being a pain. Just before i phone the lawyer in the morning. Thanks!

Oh hunni what a total idiot! You have enough stress as it is with Sophie being sick. I would do as sweetlullaby suggested and get a non-molestation order against him. You don't need this extra stress hun. I work with kids with epilepsy and other problems, and FOB's cousins little boy has Dravets syndrome so if you need to chat then feel free to PM me.

Aw hun sorry ur going thru that!!!

A non molestation order is like a restraining order and u can have an arrest order attached to it so basically if he contacts u harrasses u in anyway the police could arresst him!
You should also be writing down everytime he contacts u or letting the police know he is as this will help u in court if u chose to get a non molestation order! He could try and appeal against it but as u have proof and police involvment its doubtful he will win the appeal! xx

omg i feel so sorry for you, dont let him with in an inch of you, just wait til sophie gets better and then arrange contact at a centre. i wouldnt trust him around me or my child.. like what does he mean by your going to lose everything. the only thing he can take from you is sophie and your life.. definetly tel the police what he said

This is the last thing you need. maybe you could go and stay with your mum for a while. Till sophie is more stable and so your not totally alone some nights. He is wrong on so many levels so dont worry about him taking her or anything. not a chance...

i asked the lawyer about the non molistation thing and she says we dont have enough evidence to do that yet because i've only got evidence in texts from recently. just waiting on his reply to my lawyers letter now...trying not to think about it just now
