Anyone good with computers?

Hey,

Since getting my laptop charger so back online etc, i no cannot log onto my profile on laptop, but i can go on my mums?!
Whenever i try to log in, it says profile status not available try again, well i've been trying for a few days now and it wont work and i've got all of hollie's pictures on there

Anyone know how i can override this and log into my account? xxx

If you log into your mums profile.. you should be able to access your things from there and copy over the pictures and everything.
Im sure you can do this via the control panel if you go into user accounts.

No i can't, i made it so that no-one can access anything from my profile at all, well my friend did it for me, when i got it years ago lol xxx

Have you gone into the control panel on your mums account? You might be able to change the password or something along those lines from there?

Its ok, i totally restored my comp, im now in my profile but everything is soooooooooo slow, so im gonna get rid of loads of crap and and do a big clean up!!!xxx

Thanks,i've fixed it now,i did a system restore and i'm back on my profile,but its so slow now so doing a big clean up!!xxx
