What a suprise *yawn*

Well as you all know, I sent a letter to FOB's parents telling them abit about Kacie, and they rang me back the day they got it saying thanks and that they'll most probably be down at some point to meet her. They said they'll ring me back after that weekend once they sat down and discussed it all. They seemed well enthusiastic.

But it's now been a month, and I've heard NOTHING. I know I did the right thing sending it, but why would they ring me all excited and then not bother ringing me back. They could of atleast have the decency to ring me and say that they spoke about everything and decided they'd leave us be

I've decided I'm definatly going to go to the CSA now, whether FOB has a job yet or not. I think if I did go to them he'd have to tell them when he does get a job He shouldn't be getting away with not paying for his daughter

I doubt it, if they felt like they were going to be bothering me they wouldn't of said they'd ring me back after they had talked everything through. It's one thing not contacting again, but another when they said they would.

Does anyone know if CSA will keep him on record so he'll have to notify them when he gets a job?

i would phone them back and just ask them out right if they are interested or not.
Some people are nervous about phoning, do they know you well?
Give them a 2nd chance but if they blow it then tough on them.
I though csa make fathers pay £5 a month? whether they are working or not or they start to back date it.

I think thats just if there on benefits? Not sure. FOB doesn't have any income, he only goes to college part time

I would of rang them if I had there number lol. I was thinking about contacting FOB to ask him what his parents discussed, but thats a no go idea. They know me quite well, so I don't think they would be all that nervous. I'm not going to contact them again, I broke the ice and made first contact, I tried. I'll give them another month or 2 to get in touch again, after that they can forget it. I've already given them a month to phone back or even email me

Have to agree with Hypnorm, I'd give them a 2nd chance and see what happens.

Definitely take FOB To CSA though.
