Its going ok. I've got to go to the housing place tomorrow and register for housing. The phone call went as expected and basically consisted of:

FOB - I'm so sorry. I miss you. I love you so much. I want you back. I can't live without you.

Me - You shoved me into a wall in front of your 3 year old.

FOB - I didn't mean it. I was just trying to stop you cos you were so upset.

Me - It doesn't matter whether you meant to or not, you still did it.

Round and round and round blah blah blah!

Just ignore him.he cant slam you into a wall infront of your LO's and expect you to forgive him !

Glad your getting sorted with housing etc hope you get housed fairly quickly! xx

Thanks. The 3 year old is his son from a previous relationship. Not that it makes any difference. I can't bloody sleep tonight grr.

Yeah he lives with his mum and stays with his dad every other week for 2 days.

You did the right thing. There are a few women I know that aren't as strong as you are and are living in their own personal hell because of it. If your baby could speak, he would thank you too.
