Oh hun, glad your getting out of there

The girls are right, go to your CAB and they can go through EVERYTHING with you. Are you going to stay at your parents until you are housed? Go to your local housing assosiation and tell them everything that has happened, and you should get somehwere pretty quick, then phone your local council for housing benefit/council tax benefit forms. Phone the tax credits people to them your change of cicrumstances because I'm guessing you already get child tax credits of some sort? The jobcenter will sort out your income support.. I think you can apply for it by phone, then have to go into the jobcenter to go through your application. Umm.. I think thats it. You can PM if you wanna ask about anything

Your so strong!! It will be much better for you and James to get away from all that crap xx

Hiya,
Yeah you have made the right desicion, dunno abou your area, but with mine, you can go along to your local council and tell them your situation, they have to house you, will prob put you in a b&b or if you dont fancy that, you can then also go on your council website and apply online for your benefits and it will tell you what your intilted to
But good luck xxx

Thanks. I am hoping that I will get housed pretty quickly cos there is quite alot of housing in the area as most people don't wanna live there cos of it not being close to the centre. But its where most of my family are so it doesn't bother me.

Morning girls. Well we are safely at my parents house. OH was on the phone about a million times last night crying saying he was going to kill himself cos he hated himself for what he had done and couldn't live without me. Got him to phone his mum and went to bed. Then he woke me, my mum and James up at 12.45 calling cos he had just realised I had taken all of the clothes and that I wasn't ever planning on coming back. Duh I thought I had made that pretty clear. Managed to get back to sleep then and he has finally listened to me and not phoned again. He is going to phone this afternoon aparantly.
