What is the fastest way 2 do it? fed up of fob getting away from paying 4 his own son !! xxx

hey your right he shouldn't get away with paying, unfortunately don't think there is a quick way to do, im now 7 weeks and know that its going to take a while yet as he is being difficult.

they take 4 weeks before they even look at your application and you need all the info you can get on your ex, national insurance number and where he lives and works is very useful and they more info you have the quicker it will be. If FOB request a DNA test it can take months

Don't let it put you off, they should be paying for their children x

IVE DONE IT!! thank you all!! its now a waiting game, but it doesnt matter if it will take along time!! if only i get justice in the end! =]
