FOA Edinsam or anyone else if you've gonne through CSA

Hiya,

Well i got my CB through today, and i have rung CSA, they are updating there end with my number, then will contact me back if they need any other details and then contact him etc

How long will it take, cos i didnt have a door number for him, but put everything else down i could think of, plus they should be able to find him because of his conviction his still under parol and has to go to the police station every football match england play to hand in his passport and sign that form, so they should find him, and when i spoke to that woman a few weeks ago she said, she couldnt say that found him, but said it looked promising so basically they had?!

JUst wonder how long before they send letter out to him, cos i no its gonna go down the dna route xxx

Did you give them a phone no? They told me they always phone first and they try 3 times before they write to him. So basically now they have your CBnumber they pass it to the case officer. He can sit on it for weeks. I left it a couple of days and called them and they were like yeah its with the case officer - well can I talk to that person. He was like not called him yet

I called them everyday for 3 days to get the case worker to call

Eventually he did although Moron said they didnt! three days after that they sent the letter - he called them straight back and denied parentage - DNA ordered now - 2 weeks for him to do that and then they will write to me to get mines and Lils done

Aything else let me know hun

Glad its moving in the right direction

Dont wait the two weeks though - call to make sure they have contacted him

I did put his two phone numbers down, but they have been disconnected cos of her, but yeah they have my number and woman i spoke to today, she said someone will call me on monday to make sure they have everything then will contact him?!
But will it take longer for me cos i didnt have a door number for him, but they can find him cos of his conviction xxx

door number? u mean full address?? they can find him online very easily on the electoral role, i found FOB's parents on 118.com!!!!can get more details if i pay..

No i got his full address just not his door number, i did look on 118.com his on there with his family, but i wont pay to find more out, i don't want that, i've heard them once you've paid they can inform the people you've tried to find on there xxx

hey hun i sent application and got a phone call from them after 4 weeks to confirm details. I don't know his phone number, but they said they would try to phone him first, don't know if they try to get it from his employer! anyway i called them on friday, which is 5 weeks and they said they couldn't get a hold of him so they would send a letter to him and he would have 7 days to respond or they would collect info from his employer. they said if he doesnt deny parentage it could be sorted out in the next month, but they will only backdate the claim from the day they sent the letter

don't know yet if he will request dna test, wouldn't be suprised, but we went through fertility treatment!!
