DNA Testing - how does it work

Hi Guys

Now I do know how a DNA test works but I am just wondering if anyone has experience of it? DO you go in to get it done?

The way my moron of an ex is behaving at the moment he is going on about doing everything he can not to pay anything through the CSA (despite the fact that he earns like 90k a year!)

Anyhow I do not trust him to not send someone else's sample.... How does it work? How do I know he isnt going to send a false sample!!! Its all such a bloody mindfield.

Hope someone can help!

I am under the assumption that if he is disputing paternity then he has to prove it to the CSA i.e through a DNA test. If he cant do this then they will take the money out of his wages without his say so .

I have had this done on my little girl and ex said the same...******* lol.
Get the court appproved test. I went thro dna solutions, nearly £400.00 but worth it as you get maintance once it is done!
You go together to the appointent so he cannot get out of it. Plus you have to see a solicitor to get legal affidavit forms signed too. Dont do a cheapie internet one else he will be able to send any sample and will not be recognised by the csa.
Hope you get the ball rolling soon. Results take about 3 - 4 weeks to get back as it's very indepth to be extra sure baby is def his before csa start charging him
If you want any info pm me xx

http://www.csa.gov.uk/en/about/faq/d...-parentage.asp CSA basically get you to go with littlun to your gp with some photos take swabs and your ex does the same to his.
