I bought noah a junior bed in Ikea, and got a cot douvey and duvet cover for it, it stops at the foot of the bed and goes up as far as the start of the pillow, so I think its idea, cause he wont be so likely to pull it over his head. Its worth checking the dimensions of the bed your getting and a normal cot duvet, cause yeah cot bed bedding is like rocking horse poo to come by.
