Who has good tips on where we can all save a few pennies doing the weekly shop?


I've noticed several things get more expensive these last couple of weeks, thought I imagined it, but it's definitely happening, my shopping has gone up by at least £7 a week.

Well I live in Canada so I'm sure it's different here. But I've found it helps us to shop the sales ads (even though it means going to multiple stores) and I always make a list of what I need before I go out, that way I don't get too many unnecessary items.
