nope they wouldnt let me do it i just called then they said it was fine to just place an order and pay there and then (other person i spoke to must have thought i wanted a directory )
i gave her my order numbers with the gp4. but she was still telling me the full price. i said but i have the order nember a next worker gave me it she said nope that is for people that have an account with us only.!

I have typed in the item i want ie 129400, emoved the x38 code and typed in gp4, but it doesnt recognise it!

That happened to me. go the main page (next.co.uk) and on the left links click quickshop. it'll recognise it in there.
