If you are in the UK then kiddicare.com is good too and obviously there's ebay.

www.glasgowpramcentre.co.uk is a good shop, they price match and have excellent knowledge

They resolved my issue quickly! I wasn't expecting it to be dealth with so quick after Yvannes problems - Mine was dealt with & item replaced & in my home within 48 hours!
