The only time i ever got a positive opk i also turned up pregnant. I've never had an issue with false positives on opks even with the pcos, granted i was on met at the time.

Hi...

Hi....I have a daughter who will be 4 in Jan. Considering it only took me 6 mths to conceive her i assumed i would have no problem getting pregnant again but was kinda impatient so i started using these 4 months after coming off the pill, from January- June of this year & they seemed to work for me. I always got my Lh surge on day 19 & had a 31 day cycle. I started to get some irregular bleeding around june & had to have alot of tests done including smears, clymidia test, cervix erosion testing & scans to check for fibroids all came back clear apart from they found polycysts on my only ovary i had ( had 1 removed as a baby as it had a cyst on). I was gutted & thought i would never have any more children. Was so confused as I was told at the scan that I wasnt prob ovulating...apparently I am as have had blood work done. Can you be put on clomid even if the results are showing you ovulate if you have polycysts? I worry Im not ovulating regulary, for all i know i may have been unlucky & the months i had my blood tests done were the only mths i ovulated! Husband has has sperm checked & shows low count & motility....is now taking fertile aid for men & has upped his exercise as was almost 19 stone....has lost nearly 2 stone this mth! Any one elses partner taking fertile aid??? good/bad???

xx
